Foothill Fire & Wire, Inc. is a local, family owned & operated company right here in Roseville, CA.  Company President, Mark Titus has nearly 40 years of experience in the fire alarm and security alarm industry.


Specializing in UL fire alarms, security alarms & video surveillance systems, our services include installation, maintenance, 24-hour UL listed monitoring service, repair and NFPA 72 Fire Alarm Testing. Servicing all of Northern California with a concentration in the Sacramento, Roseville, Folsom and surrounding areas.


We pride ourselves on our quality of workmanship, punctuality & ability to work with & satisfy the needs of our customers.  We employ Fire & Life Safety Certified Installers as well as Alarm Agents with the Bureau of Security & Investigative Services.  Our technicians undergo extensive background checks and live finger printing for clearance with the Department of Consumer Affairs.

Our Team

Company President, Mark Titus has over 40 years experience in the fire alarm industry.  In 2004 Mark started his own business, Foothill Fire & Wire which specializes in Fire Alarm installation, service & monitoring for commercial businesses.  Mark studied fire science in college, is Fire & Life Safety Certified and was a volunteer firefighter for 8 years.

Emma joined Foothill Fire & Wire in 2017.  She has been an excellent addition to the team by helping to keep a smile on our employees faces and making more dog hair than we can keep up with!   If your fire alarm plans arrive a bit wrinkled, Emma typically gives her paw stamp of approval on each set of plans.

Justin joined us in 2023 as your first point of contact in the office. He has a degree in Accounting and trained to answer all your billing, invoicing, service or accounts questions. 

Foreman, Chuck Mueller has over 34 years of experience in the fire alarm and security alarm industry.  In 2004 Chuck joined the Foothill Fire & Wire team with Mark & Mary.  Fire & Life Safety Certified, Chuck not only services our accounts, he is primarily responsible for the management & execution of larger commercial installations.

Jason has been a great asset to FF&W as he has experience as an Operations Manager and technical equipment maintenance manager. He could be on site inspecting your fire alarm system or performing small repairs.    

General Manager Drew Titus joined Foothill Fire & Wire in late 2015.  Previously, as an electrical engineer for a  large global transportation company, Drew has become a key component in running the  Foothill Fire & Wire team. As General Manager he has been responsible for managing multiple aspects of our business.


Project Coordinator and Office Manager, Megan Titus  joined Foothill Fire & Wire's team in 2018 from the medium/heavy duty truck industry, with experience in the parts, warranty and accounting departments.  Megan is responsible for drafting of all project designs and works closely with our foreman on project coordination.

About Our Company

Fire Inspector, Matt Hurley has joined our team in 2020, You will see him on site a few times a year inspecting your fire alarm system. His experience has leaned towards logistics and scheduling.
